I've previously been here and overall had a good experience. I went in today for a gel manicure and had pink nail polish on my nails. After the person performing my service removed the polish, there was still a significant amount of pink all around the edges. I pointed it out 2x before the gel polish was done and kept being told okay. After the gel was done and I again pointed it out, the solution was to cut the skin around my nails. Another person took over and continued to just cut the skin around my nail trying to remove it, but I still have pink that can be seen. I also had pink smeared on my fingers and had to request the person take it off. I won't be returning.

Absolutely horrible experience. I left in tears and my nails not even done. From the start the worker was horrible to me and they did not know I understand Chinese and that they were talking about my weight the whole time in which I am not large. While I was getting a pedicure the man was trying to put in acrylics on top of acrylics that had not been taken off properly made the comment “it is awful to do this across your body” following the end of a pedicure that did not even cover all my nail in varnish I showed the picture of the design I wanted and he told me he could not do it. I asked for just the colour as it’s for my graduation this week. The worker gets extremely aggressive and screams At me to get out of the store while my nails were not finished, sanded filed anything. was the only woman in the store and felt so scared I left with

I enjoy going to this location for my nails - there are many pros: quick service, friendly workers, decent cost, overall good job. I have been many times and will continue going. I have the same complaint that I have at every nail salon though - no one ever works to remove ALL calluses from feet. I wish that nail techs would pay more attention to rough spots on feet and actually work to make them smooth, rather than going through the motions of each step, and stopping to continue smoothing feet if that’s what’s needed. I feel like no one ever goes above and beyond the standard steps. That is one of the main reasons I will pay for a pedicure - hoping they can accomplish more than I can myself at home.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went there on Tuesday at 6:15 didn’t leave until 8:45. They had me waiting for my pedicure in the the water for an hour. By the time they came to do my feet the water was cold. She shaped my nails horribly and made them extremely thick/uneven. Didn’t let the no chip dry before adding another coat and these were my nails. I went to the shop at 10am the following day to have them fix my nails but they refused and told me I had to come back later and I couldn’t bc I had somewhere go. I waited for 30+ mins after I told them I had somewhere to go and they continued to move with no urgency. I asked to speak to a manager several times and the first time they told me he wasn’t in and then the second time I asked one of them said they were the manager..not knowing her coworker already told me he wasn’t in. I asked for them to just take it off so I can go to another shop and they still reused and wouldn’t refund my money to me. This shop made me very uncomfortable because they are very rude and unprofessional...especially to those of color. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here EVER unless you enjoy TERRIBLE service.
